x Wensday. Apr. 13th 1904 dull I was sick & in the house all day. Proff Day came to see bull and wants to get him out to the College. And is going to let us have use of our their Imported bull if they get one. bred Pride of Powrie 11 to P. of B.
Thursday 14th fine & cool hard frost last night I felt some better and worked a little this morning and most of afternoon we bred Pride of Powrie 11th again today to Prince of Benton
Friday 15th fine & cold stormy E.W. We worked around grounds cleaning up generally & did chores.
x Saturday 16th fine & cold I went to town in morning pd. ac at McLarens $210 sent $8.25 to Farmers Advocate got drill at Toltons $125 got 3.30 lbs corn at Hewers 5 1/2 bu corn at hewers at 58c bred E.P. Mayflower 2nd time 2.10 8.25 1.25 3.19
Sunday 17th fine & cool Father Mother & I went to Church. heard Rev. John McDougall of North West tell us a story of his North west life among the Indians
Monday 18th fair We chored & I shore seven sheep and went to town. Three aged ewes. 2 aged rams got Cultivator at Penfolds I am to pay them two dollars difference sold. cabbage 200 bgt Groceries 65c. oatmeal at Hewers 75c 2.00 .65 10.00 .75
