Peter & I worked at fence till about 3 P.M. and then we ground mower knives and Peter cleaned ram pen and scaffold. Jimmie painting all day Tom came today and has hired Jimmie for two months for $4500 |

Father, Peter & Willie Hoed turnips all day. Jimmie S. painted at house and I went to mill in morning pd for Chopping 95c bgt 610 lbs barley Chop at 120 = $7.32 N.P. got hardware at Penfolds 4.30
arranged for horse at Cartege Co I bgt 3 gal Treacle at Jacksons and arranged for barrell at 30c per gal. |
