Friday 8th Sept 1905 Father went to Mill with 13 bgs Oats & Barley to Chop. Mary & I went to town retd harness to the Cartage Co. and bgt plow fixture at Penfolds 30c Ticket from G.T.R. to London $215 Made halters put rams C into new pastures & put ewe lambs with old ewes. got horse shod. 25c .30 2.15 .25
Saturday 9th fair I went to London found the boys & Cattle all right I got boarding place at $1 per day. gave Herbert 500 gave Peter $500 and pd Entry Fees $550 5.00 5.00 5.50
Sunday 10th fine I went to Church in morning and stayed around the grounds the rest of the day. Andrew Came along in Afternoon we had quite a chat
Monday 11th fine We looked after cattle and prepared for Judging showing
Tuesday 12 We Showed cattle and won every prize we showed for. total. $19500 9 1sts 2 sweep states. 4, 2nds 2 3rds 19500
Wensday 13th We looked after stock and tried to make sales but did not do any business. there was a great crowd.
