Charlie and Miss Johnson called at Annies in the evening. I stayed in most of day on account of cold. Fri Jan 4. Fine, bright, perfect day. Mr John Francis died. I phoned Marjorie their colds are improving. Annie here at night Sat Jan 5. Fine and moderately cold. on East wind. rained heavily all evening cleared all the ice off. a supply Mr Noble ill.
