Improved planted 16 sash in all 1600 plants. March 31 Transplanted frame next Peppers chalks Jewel Tomato. also small frame by Burbank plum tree. also frame next back door also frame next abundance plum. weather is still very cold & rough April 2nd Good Friday cold & cloudy with north west wind April 6th Smith Clause started work. weather fine & warm April 8 unloading car of manure & making hotbeds April 10 cleaning up brush in the orchards
