19 Sunday. Cloduy & drizzly. We went to S.School this morning. Vernon had his dinner at Edmund {Schmidtt?}. Mr & Mrs. Coson Jefferson, Roy & Lois were here for tea. We had our Children's Day services tonight.
20 Monday. Sultry & threatening. The men planted 6 rows of potatoes and owned some of the corn. Tonight we went to the Township S.S. Convention at {Oneota?} with Louis Miller. Walter sang in two quartets with Charlie Miller, Augs, Weber and Norman Snyder.
21 Tuesday. Sultry & threatening. The men finished planting the corn and potatoes.
22 Wednesday. Sultry. Walter went to Kitchener today with Noah Miller and they had their dinner at Edric (Walter's sisters, Mrs. Frank Hamel)
23 Thursday. Sultry & windy. Turned cool tonight. Walter shipped hogs. They worked on the flax & turnip ground. Callers = Norman Henderson. Nella Stickney, cousin Eva Schneider.
