24 Wednesday. Fair and quite cool. The men were threshing at Enoch's this p.m. Beulah Hilliard & Ethel Burlingame of Buffalo, N.Y. visited Ella and were here for tea.
25 Thursday. Fair and cool. Walter shipped hogs this a.m. and helped to thresh at Addison Reist's this p.m. Vernon helped all day. Eva Schneider visited Ella this afternoon.
26 Friday. Fair and cool. The men were stocking. Clifford Snider of {Creemore?} got a truck load of wheat this afternoon.
27 Saturday. Fair. The men helped to thresh at Addison Reist's till about 3:30p.m. Eph. Synder & Arthur {Threm?} helped to stock here the rest of the afternoon and were here for tea.
28 Sunday. Cloudy & cool. We went to S.S this morning. Our company - Mr & Mrs. Clinton Holme, Reta, Wilma and Hilda & Mrs. Sattler of Waterloo.
29 Monday. Dull & drizzly. Walter took grist to Floradale. F. Fairweather moved {her?} {illegible} here tonight.
30 Tuesday. Dull & Drizzly. Vernon rolled the wheat grounds.
31 Wednesday. Manure threshed help - F. Fairweather, Mr. Martin, Eph. Snyder, Art Thomas, Enoch & Irwin Schmeid, Addison & Harvey Reist & Elmo King.
