Then workng at drains in corner field in afternoon Brock + I to town at night Harry {last name} in town. He home from the front. Dull in morning and a little shower but cleared off and came out hot. Another little shower about six. == VICTORIA DAY (Dominion) SATURDAY, 25 == Done chores and digging at drain in forenoon. Cultivating, harrowed and sowed the remainder of sod that was intended for corn in field next. I Jacks. in afternoon. Fine and quite hot. Willa + Har here in evg. == SUNDAY, 25 == Put young cattle out to grass. Brock to church at night. Nice bright day.
