Drawing in and second raking back field. Fine but hot. Quite a heavy thunder storm in the night == SATURDAY, 26 == Putting rake and loader down in low driving house in forenoon and fixing some gaps. Getting ready to cement in front of barn door in afternoon. Brock + I to town at night. Showery in forenoon but fine afternoon == SUNDAY, 27 == Brock to church at night. Harry, Della Miss Roe and little Charlie Peters called and took me for a ride in car. Fine but very windy and warm.
