Jan 24th Milder and snowing again this morning. Burlington lost Hockey game 5 to 3 with Beamsville last night. Received a load of chestnut coal from Cannon. 22 00 at $16 00 per ton – $17.60. Raining this afternoon. Had an agent here from Star Nurseries Ridgeville selling trees. cherry trees 70¢ {there?} Jan 25. Fine. thawing some this afternoon. We hear F.
