27. Fine day. not a harvest day, To sausage and steak. 45 cts +45
28. Fine day. To 1 gall coal oil 18cts. 3 lb butter D Roys 50 D. H. McDonald paid $2.00 for rent. Pidgeon shaved Pa. Marion was all week sick with tooth ache. Had a letter from Far 68

30. Very fine day. Bird & I made a large washing J. C. Brown went to Dominionville yesterday. Pa is around today and eats harty.

9. Pa & I went to Uncle Donald's. After dinner Aunt Mary & I went to the Front to call on Mrs McKey, enjoyed it very much
10. Hot Hot Mercury, Yesterday 86.. today 90. Pa and I went in afternoon to Donald Roys. got butter 3 1/2 lbs at 16 cts = 56. Had Harriet 1/2 day 25 = 81 56 To 3 1/2 lb steak 25. Donald Kennedy died today his wife died in January. Hatty McPhadden died yesterday. she went to school here.
