Then went on board a small steamer called the *Belleville,* Captain Woods, & went to St. Regis. We found the members of the church. Then to Cornwall. After dark, a few minutes there to stop, not far from McCrimmon. We left just after sunset, then we returned to the boat at one of the mills and worked on some crops, returned in 30 minutes for the rest of the party. We arrived at Hamilton's Head at 10:30.
