| 18 | Two weeks tomorrow since I wrote anything. I was in bed 10 days with Grip We had McKillop from the 8th until the 12th, he had an entertainment on the night of the 11th. Got more codfish at McCrimmons. today Rev. D.D. came and was here to dinner. Got 2 cans salmon 1 lb tea J.A's 25 cts sugar, Paid last week got 5 lbs steak. The boys drew 3 loads of wood today. The weather is keeping cold, roads good for 18th March, Sunday the 10th there was heavy rain which froze as it fell and all the trees were heavily coated with ice thne there was high wind which broke the trees, ours around the house are ruined. The fine maple south of our bedroom has lost more than 3/4 of its limbs |
