Another fine day. Birdie went with John A's to the Front. Jimie went after dinner Mrs Summers and her two daughters and Mrs Brown (sister of Mrs Summers) called in afternoon. I went to vestry to pack the Bale for N.W. there was no one there. but myself. After an hour Mrs John Dingwall came, we done nothing, all the stuff was not there. |

Put out strawberrie plants among the carrots At 10 A.M. took a notion to go to the N. Branch on the Kings road. About McGillivrays place I was upset off the road by Wilson's team which got away from him. I got Murdy's buggy wrecked some. And a good shaking to myself. I Kept on to Aunt Flora's. |

Rain all day Birde baked in oven. I am so stiff and sore I did not get up until 10.30 A.M. To sugar 25 cts on 20th. Got at factory 4 lb butter 4 1/4 cheese |

Fine though dull until evening then rain Birde made the washing. Maggy Buning & two Mifs Finleys from Bells Corners, near Ottawa, called about 4.40 P.M. it began to rain, we prevailed on them to remain to tea. they we did. |

Got at Willies for the eggs. 3 packets D. Dyes 30. yest 5 one paket D. D at J.A's 10 cts.. I am not getting better very fast, not able to do much |
