This has not been as fine a day as yesterday had a smart shower in the afternoon. The Good Templers are giving a taffy feast tonight. |

No prayer meeting tonight Mr McGillvray is expected for tomorrow night |

Far was up today. We had three pike for dinner Jimie got them last night McGillivray did not come Auntie & I are stripping rags for carpets |

Still at carpet rags. We are getting very fine days, though cold, hard frost every night. Whitford brought home the sugar dishes, Annie Campbell spent the afternoon and evening with us. |
