Wednesday I washed a little, got 1 lb tea 40 cts Whitford's wife came with about 4 pails of very thin syrup I was all evening boiling it. Far came home this evening |

Snowing all day. Pa in bed and did not eat any thing today. I was in bed all afternoon & Far has a cold and sore bones |

We got 2 lb butter 36 cts rice 15 cts mustard 10 cod fish 50 cts. Aunt got 1 doz herring 25. Pa & Far in bed all day. |
