2 Heavy dew. dense fog. days, bright and fine. paid J.C.B. 50 of borrowed money paid 25 to Dunlop, for value received. Got sugar 25 Got at J.A.'s pork 80 tick
3 Very fine day. finished thrashing at noon Grant got his toll, all but the barley. I went to see Peggy this afternoon. she is very poorly. Womans meeting in the Vestry I was not there
5 Jimie & Murdy went to Cornwall this afternoon. it rained all afternoon
6 Sunday. I was in church not many there. the evening service was pretty well attended. Dr Falkner led the singing in the morning, Lillian in the evening. Willie McPherson has inflimation of the bowls Drs Mowet & Watson attending him
7 Monday. the boys began to cut the buckwheat. Ran went to get the teeth filled
8 Ran did not get his teeth filled yesterday. And went again today got two front teeth filled with gold. cost $400 I gave him $500 Whitford is thrashing his ground got our share, 74 bush oats, 30 bush provender 3 bush wheat 3 bush apples got 8 lb oatmeal at Willie's Pa got pair cloth boots 1.25
9 Moorhouse brought us 25 bush buckwh.
