Wed 21 I went over the oilcloth in hall had to renew it with thick wax and sand
Thurs 22 Ginnie went to a social at Lancaster Township. Anne stayed. Mr Freeman the si came here to go to Cornwall with Ginnie and I
Fri 23 10 A.M. left back from Cornwall. Anne went to Annis at 9 A.M. we left at 10 A.M. Went to front road. Annie went to Flannigans, we went to Tranquair, he came home by Lancaster, left Annie at her home

Sun 25 Memorial service for Livingston Dunlop, who was drowned when the Hospital ship was torpedoed two days from Halifax. There were 12 nurses on the ship. William Robertson, Jim Read and Roderick McLennan, Alex Roy’s sons, called, remained to tea
