Not cold today about 20˚ all afternoon. Tries to manage mild weather, but can't do it. == TUESDAY, 23 (54-312) == 15 below zero Mail trains blocked again. WEDNESDAY, 24 (55-311) 10 below zero. Load of spiles to town
