Went down to Dr. Rannie's in the Morning. Charles somewhat better. Highest temperature to-day 101 1/5. Did not go to church or to S.S. Mr. Bell called in the afternoon and Charlie, Alice & Alice Jean, Mrs. & Dr. Biehn in the evening. Dr. Rannie was here about 7 p.m. and thinks Charles much better. Monday Nov. 22nd. Still slippery. Trees all laden with ice. The pine tree looks like a Christmas tree covered with artificial snow crystals. Trees very pretty & glistening in the electricl light last night. Charles had a normal temperature this morning but of course feels very weak. Did some knitting. Mr. Bell, Isabel, Keith called in the afternoon. Went down town for the Mail. Mr. Wilson called
