waited for Globe. Ripped Dorothy's purple coat. Went down for the Mail. Snowing. After tea went down to Stanley's to call on Jennie Adolph but found no one at home. Went to Dorothy and Blanche Gillies. Duncan was not up to-night. Charlie is expected from Toronto to-night. He went down on Tuesday afternoon. Saturday Dec. 11th. Nice day - thawing. Hunted up a play for s.s. Entertainment. Went down in the morning for Mail. Dr. Rannie was up in the morning and sounded Charles and decided that the dullness was gone from his lung. Mr. Caldwell was up. Went down town after dinner for the Mail. Came home and found Duncan here. Charles had broken the spring of his glasses so I took them down to Cobean's and got them fixed. Brought them home and then went to Leslie's to see Miss Leslie
