met. I did not go to church at night. Charles did. I read "The Irish Case" by P. Whitwell Wilson. Monday Jan. 10th. Sunshiny in early morning but gray later. Hemmed the other two curtains for Walkerton Hospital and posted them to Miss Campbell, also sent Doug's trousers which he left behind. Wrote to Miss Campbell, Miss Small & Mrs. Luton. Went down town to post parcels and get rubbers for Charles. After tea went to Mrs. Beattie's with Horticultural Society money and then Charles and I went over to see Ferna. She was supposed to leave for Toronto to-morrow but is not going until Saturday now. Tuesday Jan. 11th Fine day. Wrote a letter for Charles. Went down to bank in the morning and did some shopping. After dinner went down for meat for tea.
