Dorothy - all long letters. Went down town in the afternoon. Had intended to go calling but Viola Mair called to return a book. Then Ferna arrived on same errand and when we went it was too late for calling. Just after I had gone out Myrle Safana called. Was sorry I missed her. After tea wrote to Mrs. Luton, Helen Grant and Elizabeth Halliday (long letters) making 11 letters to-day. Quite cold to-night. Friday Jan. 14th. Mild. Went to Miss Milne's in the Morning to fit my dress and then to office to do correspondence and let Miss Brown catch up on filing and entries. Spent the afternoon at office also and found Miss Brown was balling entries up badly so started them myself. Duncan came up in evening and we played Seven-Up. Saturday Jan. 15th. Snowing in morning but sunshiny. Much colder at night. Did 23 pages
