went to Mrs. Ferguson again at 6 o'clock & delivered last cards and cheque for $32.81 which closes up the fund. Charlie went to Mrs. Irvine's and it was 7 o'clock before we had tea. Charles went up to Charlie's for a walk and I worked at my short-hand and read "The Street of Adventure." Wrote to Dorothy. Thursday Feb. 3rd. Snowing in Morning. Quite stormy for a little while but fine in the afternoon. Did an hour and a half's office work, some shorthand & some French. Wrote to Clare and Mrs. Blair. Went to see Mother in the afternoon and called at office when Charles gave me a letter. Came home and wrote it. Charles at High School Board Meeting in the evening. Read "Street of Adventure." Friday Feb 4th. Mild day. Went to the office in the Morning & got some work and brought it home & did it. Had another letter after dinner to type. Went down town
