Tuer & Ruby Milne, solo Miss Smellie, Violin Solo - Sammy Steinberg. Eats. Had a nice social time & got home about 11 o'clock. Wrote to Clare. March 19th. Friday. Did some work for Charles. He went to Tara on noon train returning on afternoon train. Got to be quite blizzardly. Great fall of snow and all the sidewalk has to be shovelled again. Wrote an address (Titles of songs) for Blanche & Wilda Gillies who are to be presented with oynx {onyx} rings at a girls party to-night. Went to Dr. Biehn's at 3 p. m. Called at Mrs. Leitch's Mrs. Crow's and Tuer's. Wrote to Dorothy. Had a letter from her to-day saying she had just got her hand out of splints a few days ago. Tore the ligaments but did not say how. March 20th (Saturday) Did some work for Charles. Shovelled the walk inside the garden, then , when I had typed my letters, went out and shovelled the sidewalk outside. Beautiful
