at {5?}.20 and went over to see the Gillies family off to B.C. Cold wore my fur coat. Went down town for meat and to get a letter. As Charles was busy came home with the meat and then went back. Still busy so came on home. In the afternoon played treble Solitaire with Dorothy and Douglas Nickle. Went down town before tea. Dorothy and Doug went to play Bridge at McDonald's. After tea Went to the Public Library to help Miss Elworthy - no fire at all. Dorothy and Doug went to a dance in Hanover. April 7th. Wednesday Had a whole Morning's work this morning for Charles. Went down town in the afternoon for some corn, lettuce, etc. Practised an hour after tea. Dorothy and Doug have gone down to the McDonald's. Regular blizzard from about 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Quite a lot of snow has fallen. April 8th. Thursday Did the entries. Went down town for meat. Wrote to Clare, Nell and Frank. Dorothy
