Charles went to Rockwood on the early train to Mrs. Joliffe's funeral. Did my Mending. Went down town in the Afternoon and knit a few rows on Aldyth Harper's sweater while I was in the Store. Duncan came up after tea and Charles got home on the late train. Nice day. Charles met a lot of old family friends in Rockwood. Heard that his grandfather and grandmother were present at the organization of the London Missionary Society. The pipes at the factory burst with the frost last night.
