Half holiday so Charles spent the afternoon outside and about 5 o'clock he went to see Mr. Cassels, who is ill, and I went to take Forward's Movement Report to Miss Annie Milne, who was greatly interested in it, and they asked me in to see her. She was quite bright. Duncan came up in the evening and Dorothy spent the evening looking over and reading her old letters. Friday July 9th. Fine day.
