Mrs Sills & Helen over in Eve. 3rd Sat. Cloudy, started to rain about noon. Elizabeth & I took back timothy seed but Alex had to come down it rained too hard. Alex painted ceiling last coat in front room. 4th Sun. Fine. All to church in Eve. Elizabeth went to Sunday school. 5th Mon. Fine. Alex on the land. Mr & Mrs Pringle called. 6th Tue. Rained in A.M. Mabel down & we papered front room. M Wright called in to use phone. 7th Wed. Fine. Alex on the land. J Young & Harold here in Eve. 8th Thur. Showery in afternoon. Alex finished sowing at noon.
