Wed Ma Croton May 1887
Wed May 25 th clear and pleasant we were hawling manure from the barn. Charley Brownlee helping us.
Thu May 26 th cloudy and cool, drizling sho Showers this after noon. we finished drawing manure in the fore noon. the rest of the day planting in corn where the ground was to dry to Start it the frirst time
Fri May 27 th cloudy and cool, we finished the corn planting the fore part of the day. we took a load of wheat to Dresden this after noon Sold to Powell for 81 c per bush
Sat May 28 th clear cool morning and Evening hot in the midle of the day. we cleaned up and took a load of wheat to Dresden
Sun May 29 th clear and pleasant
Mon May 30 th cloudy thunder Shower in the Evening, high wind from the South we were cultivating and hoeing corn.

Tue May 31 st cloudy and wet a good deal of water fell the last twenty four hours l which was much needed, Walter and I was lakeing the dirt of the corn he cultivated yesterday
Wed jun 1 st cloudy and wet most of the day, not doing much to day
Thu jun 2 nd cloudy and some Showers. I was Speeding up thisltes in the fore noon. after noon hoeing corn, the ground mussy. Walter and Rose went to the Grander's picknick at port Stanley
Fri jun 3 rd cloudy most of the day, we were cutting up thisltes this fore noon. after noon hoeing corn.
Sat jun 3 clear and hot we were hoe-ing corn,
Sun 5 th cloudy and rain in the Evening
Mon jun 6 th cloudy and hot, rain last night we were hoeing corn and potatoes
