Croton June 1906 Thu June 7th cloudy and hot 90 deg at one PM I had a tramp this after noon over the river coming home I met John Young and his wife had quite a talk Fri June 8th clear part of the day and part thunder Showers heavey thunder Shower this evening Sarah was here to day Sat June 9th clear and warm. Bilton was here part of the fore noon Sun June 10th cloudy with thunder Showers. I was at Church and heard Mr Sawyer preach Mon June 11th cloudy fore noon. after noon clear and cool Bilton was this after noon Tue June 12th clear and cool. I had a walk this after noon down to Harry Gregorys and came back through Newcombs Wed June 13th cloudy and cool. Sarah calld this after noon. I Set in the house Thu June 14th clear part of the day and Some warmer I went down to the backsmiths Fri June 15th clear fore part and hot. latter part light thunder Shower. Sarah was here {second page} Croton 1906 Sat June 16th cloudy and light rain. I was hiling my potatoes this after noon Sarah Sent out a Setting of Turkey eggs which I Set under a hen Sun June 17th cloudy and Shower Mon June 18th cloudy and cool. Bilton was in a spell this fore noon. Wiliam McIntosh was in Elva Paul and her Sister Anne and her husband calld this after noon Tue June 19th clear and warm Will McIntosh was in for a drink. I moad the grass and weeds in the orchard Wed June 20th clear and warm. Sarah and Pearl was here caning Straw berries. Mary Paul and Anne Poast was here for Dinner Thu June 21st a cool day with Some thunder Showers Fri June 22ond cloudy cool and Some rain. Bilton was here awhile this after noon Sat June 23rd cloudy and cool a Shower about two PM. I went with Dick to Thamesville he and Stayd a whille in the after noon Walter drew me a couple of loads of wood
