Most of my boys and their wives were here to day Mon Octst light clouds and cool. the hardest frost this morning yet. Victoria and Ira went home this morning. Sarah and Catharine was here Tue Oct 2ond clear and pleasant. I was cleaning out the hen house. frost last night Wed Oct 3rd cloudy most of the day. Sarah and Charley went to Thamesville Fair. I went out to Thomas Boltons. Aunt Victoria and Cara Johnston caem in this Evening Thu Oct 4th a wet fore noon. Sarah was over Feb Fri Oct 5th cloudy most of the day. Sarah was here cleaning the house. Sat Oct 6th cloudy and wet. Bilton was here all the fore noon Sun Oct 7th cloudy some rain last night {page two} Croton October 1906 Mon Oct 8th light cloudes and windy. Dick was here this fore noon. Walter this after noon. I went over to Sam Peters this after noon he was telling me of being to Old Mrs Fasiers funeral Tue Oct 9th cloudy and cool. Catharine and Pearl was here most of the after noon in the Evening Aunt Victoria and Cara Johnston came in to bid Kate good bye we all had Super togather Wed Oct 10th cloudy North Wind and cool. no flies about to day. Kate is preparing for a Start in the morning for home it is Spitting Snow this Evening Thu Oct 11th commenced to snow about 5 o clock this morning and kept on Snowing until 12 OC then cleard and thawed it off there was about 3 inches of Snow fell. Henry Snary and Sarah McIntosh aws here this fore noon. Kate didng get away until four oclok this after noon
