Paul spread manure in the fornoon after dinner Will & Fanny went to Chippewa with their chickens I fried out the leaf fat Marguerite & Gordon wached the cows after school Sat. 7 not so cold Marjorie & Gordon guarded the cows Marguerite & Gordon guarded at night & Marjorie swept front room & dining room & cleaned the oil cloth. I made 2 pumkin pies 2 apple pies tarts & cookies & ironed 5 sheets 5 aprons & every thing according after Marguerite ironed a lot three or four washings in the ironing.
