Mrs A. Green was down and stayed for tea I drove her home Geo. & I drove up to Mr. S. Ferguson's Geo paid me $12.95 cts on what he owes me it was $1500 but he paid is to pay $2.05 cts horse pasture fore me to Chas. Armstrong which will settle it in full was a nice day but windy 18th I have this morning $36.40 cts got a bag of potatoes $100 Mrs Moulton went home this eve Rob. & Edith came in I got a case of porter $2.40 and 2 qts of oysters $100 10 cts for Oyster biscuits was a nice day. 19th R. & E. Went home after dinner was a cold day 20th I paid Bu. Harris our meat Bill in full to date 60 cts got two shirts and a tie $1.25 paid Bennett in full to date with the acceptions of fixing furnace & stove $9400 I gave him Mr. N. Peck's check for $12500 he gave me the balance due me on it $3100 I gave J.G. Green $6.50 for a ton of coal and gave Mr. Linklater $100 for Andy 5 cts for a cork screw was a nice day. 21st Went up to Howe Island got back about half past three 50 cts for ferry got 1/2 lb of yarn 38 cts and $100 worth of sugar was a nice day but windy and rained some in eve have left to-night $51.62 cts. 22nd I paid Dr. Bird in full to date $1500 but got another bottle to-day not settled for 5 cts for losenges left after
