I gave Calvin Robinson $125 for a bag of potatoes recieved a telephone from Albert Galligu of Portland that there is three bases there for me the message was 35 cts I paid 30 owe 5 cts yet have left tonight $122 was a nice day 28th Mary Mother Dora & I went out to Pages in forenoon left Mildred & Renfred at home got home about eight was a nice day 29th Wrote cards to E Edgar In C & Co Elgin station agent a letter & to GH Howard Mrs Geroy paid me in full either to day or tomorrow $60.00 29th I wrote to W J Chapman H C Gambsy Mrs Sarah Willoughby Bros John Monoughan Albert Freeman Geo Churchill Thos Norris JW Bain 25 cts for stamps I agreed to letter Wells Job for $500 we went out & got it was a nice day 30th Jack lettered Wells Job did not get it quite done Renfred & I erected Shirby Job it is $1000 gave Jennie Church 25 cts for opening safe 10 cts for bottle of machine oil 65 cts for a screw driver was a nice day July 1th Mr John Garrow paid me in full $1000 I gave Mary $100 & Mrs Johnson $3000 pay in full for rent to date have left this morn $160 25 cts spent 25 cts & 10 cts fare to fair ground
