Thornhill defeated Welland girls Fri Feb 25 Fine and cold. I went up to Lenten Service in eve. Sat Feb 26. East snow storm all day. very light. Dr came to see Aunt Nellie. I went to the office in evening. Willie clled with lard. Annie and Mrs Davidson called in eve. Sun Feb 27. FIne and milder. Dr came. Annie also Willie and Mary called. Mrs Davidson and I at eve church. Mon Feb 28. Raining a little mist day. we washed. Dr here. Mr Reaman called. Tue Mar 1. Fine and mild. thawing. we washed white and grey flannette blankets, they dried splendidly. Dr here. Aunt Mattie and Lorraine Village. Wed Mar 2. Fine and very mild roads very much cut and very slushy. I went to Toronto. called at W.Cooks Mary Watson called. cleaned cellar head way. Thur Mar 3. Mild and thawing all day. windy. Aunt Nellie down stairs Fri Mar 4. Much colder. roads frozen rough. Mary Chapman and Jennir Edey called. I went to Lenteu Service. Sat Mar 5. Fine and colder. Willie called. milder and rain in eve. Sun Mar 6. Very muddy and mild untill evening then colder and freezing Aunt Nellie up. Mrs Davidson called she and I at eve church. Mon Mar 7. Fine and mild roads terribly cut. Aunt Nellie not so well at night. I went for medicine in eve.
