Sat July 22. Very warm and dusty until evening then came light showers. we expected to go to Stouffville. to wet. Sun July 23. Light showers and sultry all morning. Picked one ripe tomato. a good deal of wheat cut. Mr Thompson Berries {written above} 20 c. {back on line} we did not go to morning church. I went alone in the evening. Mary and Charlie came and we went to Stouffville left at 3 "o'clock" and home at 6:30. it was pleasant {draining?} the rain did a great deal of good settled dust Mon July 24. Fine and cool.
