Mon Dec 11 Fine and much milder. Dr Appelbe died we got the message about six o'clock. I went out and phoned Willie. Miss Edey called in afternoon Tue Dec 12. Mild at first a little rain last night. Charlie came out early in the morning. The wind turned very cold and increased to a terrific gale. a dreadful day. I have cough and cold. Wed Dec 13. Fair and very cold. the wind decreasing. Willie left on the 10.20 train for Parry SOund. Thur Dec 14. Fine and quite mild a little light snow and then cleared. Willie came home in the evening. Fri Dec 15. Fine and quite cold. I called to see Mrs Reaman. Sat Dec 16. FIne and cold. 2 above zero. I went to Dr in the evening. botle and tablets. $1.50. Sun Dec 17. A fall of light snow last night clearng at ten AUntie and Grant at church. I did not go on account of coughing. Annie here in the afternoon then she and I went for a walk. milder after the snow. Mon Dec 18. Fine bright and much colder. Auntie and I in Toronto. a very fine day. Tue Dec 19. Fine and cold about zero or two above. Auntie cleaned down coal bin we have less than a ton.
