Wed Dec 27. Colder with east wind. I went to the Doctors and got my side strapped very painful. Thur Dec 28. A strog east wind and snowing nearly all day quite cold. only light snow. Annie called. Mrs D Fri Dec 29. A fine bright day very frosty. Auntie out to phone for coal. Mrs Reive buried. Doctor called to see eye. Mrs Davidson called. Sat Dec 30. Fine bright ad moderately cold. I was out for the first to Village for several days. Annie called. a perfect day. Sun Dec 31. Mild and showery all day. we were not out to church. very slippery. End of Year 1922.
