Mike Donaghue promised to come & see me before purchasing 10 cts for stamps 18th It stormed some to day I paid Mr Ketchum in full for house $1500 he took Wilfred Eastwoods not at $711.35 on it I kept furnace going to-day got 5 cts worth of Milch from Dustin a loaf of bread 6 cts I left about three O'Clock went up to a Mr Simpson then throught to Woodburn stayed alnight at Thos. Woods got there about seven O'Clock I sent bills to Mrs Sam Warren Nelson Bowers receipt to W.B. Phelps 19th I gave Mrs Woods 50 cts came home got at ten got harness repaired 45 cts 20 cts for dates 10 cts for salts & sulphur I kept furnace going to-day gave Mr Ketchum the beef he is to keep it going to Monday of next week {second page} I went up to Mrs Jas. Dempsters sale it snowed blowed & rained some to-day I came out to Rob Gambles this after-noon have left to-night $9.50 cts I sent bills to Mrs Sam 20th Minnie & Rob went to church 21st I stayed at Bobs alday took the kids to school & went for them Rob & I went to Morton with a load of wood spent 5 cts it snowed some to-day 22nd I went up to Isaac Tuttles and back this fore-noon was a cold day 23rd Minnie & Rob went to Morton this fore-noon I drove over to R.E. Warners this after-noon sold a $15.00 job on to Alf. Willows below Phillipsville had tea came back to Phillipsville stayed alnight at Miss Kennedy's was a cold day I gave Minnie $2.00
