31st I got ready to go to Rockport borrowed $5.00 from Edgar Seale gave Mary $1.50 came to Rockport 75 cts for dinner went over to see Mr Albert Root about stone am to see him again 25 cts for going over & back called on Mrs J. Cook she is to give a chance when she gets ready to buy April 1st I came out to Will Armstrongs on to Lansdowne called on Harry Mun he agreed to give me a chance on a monument before purchasing so did Armstrongs had dinner at Geo. came home this after-noon was a nice day I gave Geo. my note for $150 I owed him $24.00 for work he gave me a cheque for $125.00 I got it cashed went down paid 23 cts cts Frt that I should of paid a week ago {second page} paid water bill $2.22 gave Kids 15 cts 2nd I worked in shop paid Edgar Seale $5.00 I owed him since Wensday Renford went home this eve 25 cts for tool sharpening 3rd Arthur got through to-day I paid him in full $59.39 cts he went home this eve Bob & Girtie came in this after noon was a nice day I gave Mary 2.00 Paid Jas Latimer Ins $5.80 4th I went to church in morn 25 cts again at 11 15.10 put 25 in Mission box for Kids it misted rain some to-day Bob & Mary went to church this eve this was Easter Sunday
