Jan. 15. - Fri - Papa & Mama went into Uncle Hugh's in the morning & I went down to Annie's in the afternoon & stayed for choir practise. Jan 16. - Sat - Was very cold & Henry went to town after dinner. Jan. 17 - Sun - No church here as Anniversary services were held at Manhand. Jan. 18 - Mon - Jean came up & gave me a lesson. It was very cold. Jan. 19 - Tuesday Practise for Mrs. Beattie's concert at Mr. Kyle's. We did not go as it was so stormy. Mrs. Wm. Newel, Algonquin, died to-night. Jan. 20 - Wednesday It was a lovely warm day. Mrs. H. Everetts & Mrs. Pearson came up & Aunt Lib stayed up. Papa took lame back yesterday. Mason's Lodge to-night. Mr. Walker came down.
