June 20. – Mon. – Henry went up to Grandma’s this a.m. to cultivate & I went too. this is Lodge night. June 21. – Tues. – We washed & churned. June 22. – Wed. – Cleaned the cellar. I took my skirt up to Mrs. J. Wright’s & she cut it for me. June 23. – Thurs. – It has been very warm. We cleaned the pantry. Mama & I went hunting strawberries this p.m. & got quite a few. There is a concert at the Baptist Church, Algonquin, to-night, given by Rev. Mr. Williamson. June 24. – Fri. – Eight years to-night Elsie was married. Choir practice to-night over to Mabel Shaw’s but I could not go.
