July 12. – Tues. – “Orange Walk,” at Brockville, but we did not go. Laura Shipman & I went berrying. July 13. – Wed. – Mrs. J. Dalton & I went berrying. I went down to Mrs. Beattie’s to practice for the Presbyterian social. July 14. – Thur. – Swept upstairs. Preserved raspberries & cherries. Went up to Bessie Lombardo’s for choir-practice this Eve. July 15. – Fri. – Mrs. J. Beattie, Mrs. J. Dalton, & myself went berrying early this morn. It rained some to-night. Took a bath this Eve. July 16. – Sat. – I raked this p.m. Went to practice at Mrs. J. Beattie’s to-night.
