July 24 - Sun. - Went to S.S. + church this p.m. It is very warm to-day + very close to-night. Mr. Stafford preached this p.m. as Mr. Johnston won't be home till Tues. Wrote a letter to Miss Daniels this Eve. July 25. - Mon. - Washed, + mama painted the floor. Went to a meeting in the church to arrange for a social, this Eve. This is Mason's night. July 26. - Tues. - Mama went up to Mrs. D. Wright's to get a waist made. Mrs. D. Landon was here a while this p.m. July 27. - Wed. - I ironed. There was a heavy electric storm this Eve. July 28. - Thur. - I went down to Mrs. J Landon's this p.m. Went to choir practise with the crowd, on the old milk rig up to Mr. Wm. Easton's.
