March. 23. - Thur. - Henry, Annie, & I went to the farewell party at Mr. Art. Manhards to-night. The neighborhood presented Mrs. Manhard with a China cabinet & the choir gave Florence a Bible. March 24. - Fri. - Papa went to algonquin this p.m. also Henry went with Mr. R. Bishops to get a hose. THey got a fine 3ym. colt. Theo Shipman came home to-day. March 25. - Sat. - Has been a lovely day. Papa went to town this a.m. Theo was here this Eve. March 26. - Sun. - Willard came up this a.m. also Elsie Hyne & children this p.m. Henry, Mama & I went to the service at Stone's Corner's church with Mr. Jesse Easton's load. Rev. Mr. Lousie, a worker for the Canadian temperance alliance spoke.
