May 24. - Wed. - Cleaned the dining room & put down the carpet. Jno. Orr. was here for tea & Papa drove him to Algonquin this Eve. Henry & I went to a party at Electa's this Eve. Had a splendid time. May 25. - Thur. - finished the dining room & ironed. The weather is much cooler. May 26. - Fri. - Mrs. no. O. Beattie was here this Eve. May 27. - Sat. - Papa & I went to town this a.m. Took milk to the factory to-night (the first time) I went to Annies. {sideways "was at Electa's this Eve"} May 28. - Sun. - D.D. & church this p.m. Laura & I went to St. George's this Eve.
