had a great Sermon for the

gone to Wellington, to attend a

_21st James M Laughlin & two
other friends took dinner & tea
with us, then went on to Picton
to have a meeting in the Methodist
meeting-house, Levi takeing [sic]
them down. ____
23rd I was up to John Williams [sic] to spend
the day to meet James M Laughlin
& two women friends from the
States, had quite a nice visit, _
24_ Carrie up to J Williams [sic] picking
berries, _ Stanley & Rachel here in the
