1st Sat. Beautiful day. Alex shipped pigs at Ernesttown station, $16.00. I was busy. very muddy.

2nd Sun. Lovely. I walked to church in afternoon they asked me in home for tea so Alex & Elizabeth came up also.

3rd Mon. Fine. I washed. Alex helping Sills with corn. Clover dressers came at dark.

4th Tue. Terrible wind. Had 6 men for dinner dressing clover. had 4 bushels.

5th Wed. Fine. I cleaned front room stove. I was sick all afternoon. Alex ploughing orchard. Elizabeth was out all day.

6th Thur. Lovely day, cool. Alex ploughing here in orchard. Elizabeth was over to Morrows. Mother died 17 years ago this morning.

7th Fri. Fine. Put front room stove up. Mrs Sills over.
