s| Thursday. 7th Apr 1904 | I went for meat in morning pd Henderson for heifer $32.70 pd Geo. for killing $200 we then got grist ready & a few bgs potatoes. I went to town in Afternoon recd from Thorps $33.01. then took chop to mill 15 bgs 14 emptys, then bgt. 3 bgs corn at Hewers 295 lbs | 32.70 2.00 | ||

Friday 8th Apr 1904 soft | C started to roll meadow after Chores this morning and Father & I chored around barn and prepared cabbage for market. bred Witch of More 2nd time to Prince of Benton. | ||
| Saturday, 9th Changeable | C finished rolling new meadow I went to town, sold cabbage to Mr Mitchell, 5 doz at 50 = $250 and he pd us for 4 doz last Sat and 4 doz eggs. 60 bgt 50c worth raw sugar bgt Cultivaor from Penfolds and changed our old one on it. | 250 200 .60 | .50 | |
| Sunday 10th fair & Cool | Father Jennie & I went to Church in morning and Charlie in evening We heard Rev. Marshall preach in morning on Luke's Gospel I had a bad cold & stayed in most of the day | |||
| Monday 11th Dull snow last night | Father & C. Cleaned up stalls in morning and Cleaned seed oats in Afternoon. I did not feel well and did very little today. Arranged the sheep record Ect. | |||
| Tuesday 12th Dull | I was sick all day. Mr Swayze came along & Sold me a manure spreader for $12000 due oct 1st / 04 J.W. Atkinson came for Tory and gave us a note due oct 1st for $100 with 6% interest. | 100 note |
